Our March Squad training will take place on Sunday, 22 March at the Dunfermline/Carnegie Dojo.  Although we are training on the Sunday for a change, the timings will remain the same, kata 11.00 -12.15, kumite 12.15-13.30.

Booking will be pay on the day for this session.  Please make sure you have the correct money with you, £10.

You also indemnify the organisers and officials of the said course in respect of any negligence, loss, injury, or damage caused. You fully understand and agree that Karate is a high risk sport and injury is a foreseeable consequence whilst participating in this event.
